The Visiting Committee for Eurpoean Sculpture and Decorative Arts explores European works of art from the Middle Ages through the 19th century in all their variety - the picture frame as well as the picture, the sculpture and the table it sits upon, the carpet on the collor, and the parquet underneath.

Members are active collectors, scholars, and enthusiasts committee to increasing their knowledge of decorative arts and sculpture. They plan lectures and seminars and offer extraordinary travel opportunities, including tours of public and rarely seen private collections in the United States and abroad.
