As a member of the European Paintings Council, you will become intimate with the DIA'S renowned collection of European paintings through behind-the-scenes opportunities, visits to the museum's conservation lab, and gallery tours.

The council sponsors an annual public lecture, which bvrings a distinguished specialist of international repute to Detroit. Visits to special exhibitions at other institutions along with trips to international art markets allow members to see other great collections and become knowledgable about private collecting.

To become a member of Eurpoean Paintings Council, you must have a valid DIA membership.
